Contact details

Additional contact personnel can be assigned for different institutions. These contact people will be notified when the system generates the billing invoices or when there are any other notifications triggered by the institutions.

Add a contact profile

You can add a contact profile with multiple contacts. To add a contact profile, complete the following steps:

1.   Click Create.

2.   In the Create contact profile panel, enter the profile name and complete the contact information.

3.   Click Add to add more contacts to the profile.

4.   After completing the contact information, click Save.

Deactivate or activate a contact profile

By default, a newly added contact profile is in the Active status. You can manually deactivate active contact profiles or activate inactive contact profiles to update their activation status.

To deactivate a contact profile, complete the following steps:

1.   Select an active contact profile you want to deactivate.

2.   Click Deactivate on the ribbon.

3.   In the Deactivate the contact profile window, click Deactivate to confirm.

Alternatively, you can hover your mouse over an active contact profile and click the Action (Button: Action) button. In the action list, select Deactivate.

You can also click the name of an active contact profile, and then click Deactivate in the Contact profile details panel.

To activate a contact profile, complete the following steps:

1.   Select an inactive contact profile you want to activate.

2.   Click Activate on the ribbon.

3.   In the Activate the contact profile window, click Activate to confirm.

Alternatively, you can hover your mouse over an inactive contact profile and click the Activate (Button: Activate) button.

    Q1: Can a company have multiple contacts?

A1: If a company has multiple users handling various requests across various course providers, the company can define multiple branches for each department and assign the branches to the contacts and billing contact personnel.

If there are multiple contacts tagged to the same institution, the first contact person listed will be the primary contact.

    Q2: Can I update the details of a contact?

A2: Yes, you can update the details of a contact when the status of the contact profile is Active.
