After being enrolled in courses, you can view the available awards and apply for awards that you are eligible for.
Click Award on the left navigation pane, and then refer to the instructions in the sections below.
•Q1: How can I know if I am eligible to apply for a bursary?
A1: All bursaries eligible for your application will be automatically listed in the course catalogue, or in My course > Course details > Award details. You can apply for any listed bursaries.
•Q2: How can I know if I have been conferred an award?
A2: You can check your award status in Award > My awards. All conferred awards to you will be updated there by the institution.
•Q3: Why haven’t I received my reward amount, even though my award status states “Disbursed”?
A3: It is possible that your reward has been used to offset outstanding bill payments you may have. You will receive the remaining award amount if there is a balance after your outstanding payment has been offset with your award amount.
