In the Tasks tab, by default, the tasks that are pending for your actions are displayed. Click a task to view the details and complete the remaining process. You can also use the Status filter to view the tasks in other statuses.

Q: I can raise a request for Course A but I’m unable to raise the same request for Course B, why is that so?
A: It depends on whether the course caters for the request. For example, certain courses do not support deferment, hence a deferment request is not possible. Also, once a course has started or has progressed beyond the halfway mark, certain requests may not be allowed.
